Marta Prozil is an artisan and is responsible for a production unit linked to the manufacture of embroidery and costumes. His shop and Atelier are in the heart of the city of Viana do Castelo, at Rua Grande 17. Space for production and recreation of handicrafts with identity, opened since 1991.

We are inspired by the history and memory of our people.
Selling a handmade product is selling a unique article, even though it may seem to you like others, each one has its own soul, and tells its story.
It is not always easy these days to get the best raw materials to craft our costumes. But we are persistent, and we like to offer the best.
Here, each handmade piece respects traditional techniques and takes its time to show up in processions and parades.
A certified costume
In 2018, at a public ceremony at the Costume Museum of Viana do Castelo, the first Costume certificates were awarded to Vianesa.
With the affixing of this label and certification seal it is pointed out that the making of the suit is in accordance with the specification, thus avoiding future tampering.
The costume, the color and the party, hand in hand yesterday and today!
Dress up and take part in the festivals and pilgrimages of the Minho, and of course we can not forget the queen of the festivals: the Pilgrimage of Our Lady D'Agonia, the largest showcase of our ethnographic richness and cultural heritage of our people, here so well captured by Rui Carvalho_Design.
